What are the Best Fitness Products for all you workout enthusiasts?
If you’re looking to improve your fitness and reach your health goals in 2023, you’ll need the right tools and equipment to get there. As an Exercise Physiologist I am constantly searching for new products to help achieve my and my clients fitness goals. In this article, we’ll be sharing 10 must-have fitness products that will help you make the most of your workouts. From workout gear to supplements, we’ve got you covered. 1. Fitness Tracker
A fitness tracker is a device that monitors your daily physical activity, heart rate, and sleep patterns. It helps you track your progress and set achievable fitness goals. There are so many amazing trackers out there, and they really help to keep you motivated and stay on track. I love the Apple Watch Series 7 for all of it’s features. It utilizes sensors and apps to measure your blood oxygen and take an ECG. The Retina display feature makes it easier to use and read. It is water-resistant.
2. Resistance Bands
Resistance bands can be such an important part of strengthening and toning. They’re portable (I keep two in my car and use when stuck in traffic or at a stop light), versatile, and can help you build strength and tone your muscles. Resistance bands and tubes have been proven to improve strength, size, and function of muscles in the elderly as well as those undergoing rehabilitation. You can choose very light or heavy resistance which can be used in targeted ways for specific muscles that also protects joints. I use Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands. They are affordable and come with light to heavy resistance.
3. Yoga Mat

4. Protein Powder:
Consider incorporating protein powder into your daily routine to boost your protein intake, it is so crucial for muscle growth and recovery. 10. Jump Rope

Jumping rope is one of the most underrated types of exercise, and it may even be more effective than other forms of cardio. I am obsessed with jumping rope these days and take mine with me everywhere!
In fact, a 2013 study found that college men who spent 10 minutes of jumping rope daily for six weeks improved their cardiovascular fitness just as much as college men who spent 30 minutes of jogging for the same time period.
In addition, jumping rope burns a lot of calories, strengthens coordination and bone density, and can reduce your risk of injuries and heart disease.
