Just Be Consistent
My Health and Wellness Story
Welcome to Castia Wellness! I am thrilled that you have found your way to our little corner of the internet. My name is Jennifer, and I am passionate about all things health, fitness, and wellness.
As an Exercise Physiologist, self-proclaimed biohacker, and a passionate advocate for wellness, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the incredible potential of the human body. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Motor Development and a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina. I’m here to share my knowledge, passion, and expertise to support you on your wellness journey.
Throughout my twenty-year career in the medical field, I have witnessed firsthand the devastating impact that poor lifestyle choices can have on a person’s quality of life and risk for chronic disease. This experience has shaped the person I am today and fueled my determination to empower individuals to make informed decisions when it comes to health and wellness.
At Castia Wellness, the mission is clear: Always continue to seek and acquire science backed knowledge in order to empower and inspire others to maximize their health-span and wellness.
I believe every individual possesses the ability to take charge of their health and well-being and live a long, fulfilling, and beautiful life especially as one ages.
However, my approach and philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practices rather than relying on mere assumptions or passing trends.
I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based information.
I sometimes provide affiliate links for products that I use and trust in order to share reputable brands that I and those professionals I trust believe in.
My website is more than just a platform for sharing knowledge and a passion for health and wellness – it is a community where we can come together and support each other. I encourage you to explore the various resources I have curated for you, from articles and blog posts to helpful tips and tricks. But this is not a one-way street. I value your feedback and input, so please feel free to reach out and share your thoughts and advice.
