Hair Breakage: How to Stop it From the Inside Out

Hair Breakage: I have been on a hair growth journey for the last 6 months. I was determined to try and prevent breakage and not get a trim.

Let me tell you it’s not easy! I did all the things..satin pillow case, leave in conditioner, only heat styling 1 time a week. All of these are amazing for improving the health of my hair, but I really didn’t notice a difference until I started focusing on what’s happening on the inside instead of just the outside.
